With the expansion of modern residential, commercial, and office towers in Tehran, the need for professional management and operation of these buildings has become increasingly apparent. NEXALIFE, leveraging the experience of its managers and experts in the hospitality field, provides specialized maintenance, operations, and management services for luxury complexes in line with professional standards.

In line with this mission, and alongside the development of smart, luxury, and user-centric buildings, NEXALIFE Academy—the first specialized training center in building operations and hospitality—has officially launched. The academy was introduced in a special event attended by industry leaders, project managers, and experts in the field.

During the launch event, a workshop introducing the specialized course “Luxury Building Management” was also held—a program designed according to international standards.
